Molho de mostarda e vinho, é sempre o preferido cá das cobaias.
Tinha bifinhos do lombo de porco para cozinhar, e não resisti... mais uma vez ao molho de mostarda ;)
Ingredientes:
bifinhos de lombo de porco
alho laminado
azeite e margarina
sal e pimenta
mostarda
vinho branco
Preparação:
Temperar os bifinhos com sal, pimenta e o alho.
Aquecer o azeite e a margarina numa frigideira, fritar os bifes em lume médio. Retirar os bifes, reservando-os quentes.
Juntar mostarda e vinho branco e deixar ferver até reduzir e ficar um molhinho grosso! Voltar a colocar os bifes na frigideira para ganharem o sabor do molho.
Imagino porque que gostam tanto, fica um molho maravilhoso! Eu também uso imenso com carne de porco.
